That was a client, a few minutes into an interview. "Absolutely not," they said.
And they were right. He was.
3,805 people have applied to Pare.
23 have been placed.
The other 3,782 aren't bad people. Most of them are just... not Amazon ads managers.
They've read about it. They've managed someone who did it. They've got all the words.
The words are free.
You can learn to say "bid optimisation" in an afternoon. You cannot learn to explain, live, why you'd pull a keyword that's currently converting.
That's the whole reason there's a video round.
The interview is where the words run out.
