For the last couple of years Amazon has invited me to focus groups. This year they’ve invited me once again, only this time I don’t know what it’s for.
I’m happy to report that 2 years ago when I was pulled into a focus group, some of what I had to say was implemented (obviously many others said the same thing). One specific request I had was the capability to overlay graphs which now exists in Seller Assistant. This is incredible for data association.
This year I hope it’s the same!
