I have ghost agents attend all of my meetings.
And here’s how you can steal the same workflow: my team and I record every meeting. During the call somebody says "put a two-hour hold on everyone's calendar next week" or "Allie, you owe Jackie the three bullets for the event." Anywhere from 2 to 20 action items per call.
Every 30 minutes an agent reads all of my transcripts, finds the tasks, and does as many of them as possible. Calendar hold - boom, created. Email to Jackie - boom, sitting in my drafts. Then it pings me in Slack: "Hey Allie, I did this, this, this, and that."
