CEO.

CEO.

Win the sale. Keep the sale.

Solo Amazon Operator.

Thursday is optimization day in your account.

I start with the Voice of the Customer report.

What are customers complaining about?

What did they misunderstand?

What did the listing fail to explain?

Then I put those answers to work.

A clearer bullet point.

A more accurate title.

Missing information in A+ content.

The focus is text that sets the right expectations before someone buys.

If the problem is the product itself, I flag it. Better wording won't fix a broken product.

I also check the Search Query Performance report weekly.

I look for relevant customer search terms we're missing and place them where they belong, including backend search terms.

Not every keyword deserves a spot.

It has to fit what you're actually selling.

The goal isn't to rewrite the listing every Thursday.

It's to help the right customer find it, understand it, and want to keep it when it arrives.
