Put a room full of multimillion-dollar Amazon sellers together and ask them to review each other’s products.

You’ll leave with a lot of things to test. 😂

We did this at Top Dog Summit. Everyone shared a product, and the group gave feedback on everything from packaging to listing images.

The image feedback really stuck with me.

These were successful products run by experienced sellers. And still, a fresh set of eyes could spot a missing angle, an unclear benefit, or an image that wasn’t doing much to help someone buy.

When you’ve looked at your own listing a thousand times, it’s easy to stop questioning it. You know the product so well that you forget what a first-time shopper needs to see.

That’s why I came away thinking about A/B testing.

Feedback gives you an idea worth exploring. A test tells you whether shoppers actually respond to it.

Someone thinks the main image should show the product differently? That’s your next experiment.

Someone spots a benefit buried in image seven? There’s another.

You don’t have to rebuild the entire listing. Start with one clear hypothesis and test it.

At the sales volume these sellers are doing, even a small conversion improvement can be worth serious money.

That's exactly we have built Listing Optimization AI for.

Generate --> AB Test --> Iterate --> Launch --> Repeat
