I’ve always prided myself on being a dot connector

And lately, I’ve been thinking about how valuable curation is becoming

There is NO shortage of events, introductions, group chats, content, or people to meet.

But the *real* value is knowing who should be in the room together 👯♀️

Jasmine McCall and I first met at Brandweek last year

Since then, we’ve hosted our "Pour Into Power" dinner series in NYC

And last week, we brought together almost 30 women across marketing, tech, and entertainment for an intimate "Pour Into Power" happy hour 🥂

Sitting around the table, you could see the value of the room almost immediately:

→ Deals being made

→ Contacts being swapped

→ Industry questions getting answered

→ Women genuinely showing up for one another

Some women in the room were familiar faces. Some I work with today. Others were brand new connections.

That’s the kind of community I want to keep building 🫶

Not focused on how many people get through the door…

But on creating the conditions for the right connections to happen once they’re inside 👏
