I’m excited to share that I’ve joined Takeda as a Senior Manager in the Decision Science Center of Excellence!
Looking back, my journey through healthcare consulting at Axtria - Ingenious Insights and ZS has shaped me in so many ways. The opportunity to work on diverse challenges at the intersection of healthcare, analytics, and strategy taught me not only how to solve complex problems, but also how to turn data and insights into decisions that can create meaningful impact for patients.
I’m now excited to take that experience into a new chapter at Takeda - advancing data-driven decision making across marketing and commercial strategy while contributing to longer-term business decisions and a purpose-driven mission.
I’m incredibly grateful to my new team Nag Motamarri, Chris Dezelan, Dan Langwenya, Angus Wong, Alan Cheung for the trust, warm welcome, and the opportunity to be part of such a talented group. I’m looking forward to learning from each other, collaborating across teams, and seeing what we can build together!
And through every chapter, I’ve been fortunate to have my husband by my side. Akhil Awari, thank you for being my constant source of support and encouragement through every transition and new beginning. ❤️
