An event called everybody hates marketing that makes you walk away thinking: I love marketing even more now!
Ironic, perhaps intentional.
I’m having a hard time summing up such a good event in just one LinkedIn post (so I may have more coming!).
The venue, the details, the organisation 10/10
The sessions 10/10
The community = indescribable!
I’ve been a member of the Pretty Little Marketer community for over a year now and I gathered everyone was lovely just from digital conversations, but this event took it to a whole other level.
200 marketers, all facing the same stresses, all filled with a million ideas, talking about how to manage it all - without burning out.
👆🏻Credit to Chloe’s session on that last point, such an important topic and felt very privileged to hear your story and advice!
I’ve taken soooo much away from today and I’m very excited to share it with the Barbour ABI team soon!
P.S Megan, you have Ray Saddiq to thank for the questions I’m coming at you with on Monday. Ray’s session was a true eye opener and one I think is going to change the game for me.
I walked into today’s event alone and slighltly nervous. I walk away and write this post on my train home full of motivation, ideas and some lovely connections.
