People that change your life...and they have no idea!
I've been heading down a wormhole for a while now, and this is the culmination of a few separate interactions that I had since 2022, that are having such a huge impact on my life.
Here's the thing, these people have no idea that their comments or moments changed my life, and sent me down a direction, that yes looking back I was born for and seems logical now, but they didn't know and neither did I at the time.
So before I tell you my story, if this has happened to you, I'm curious to hear your story, share below, and if you want to call out the person, then go for it.
Ok, so the first person was Allie K. Miller, who in a post around late 2022/early 2023 said something like (and I'm paraphrasing here, this is what I took from the post), "instead of using Google next time you search, try using AI".
Allie is a world leading voice in AI, check out her profile, her daily posts and insights are epic.
This one line, took AI from scary and unapproachable, to something I could understand how to use, and put it into practice immediately...and I did.
Allie's post opened the world of AI to me, and I've never looked back.
My upbringing was with computers, electronics, arts (drawing, painting and photography mostly), entrepreneurship and later commercial roles. But what resonated with me is the calm among chaos, making the overwhelming simple. Allie's one line was written just for me (figuratively).
