There are now Four shelves.
The product hasn't changed, but the decision context has.
Ask Rufus or Alexa to recommend it, and the LLM still serves a tiny image the human has to read.
One product. Four completely different glance readability tests.
Having spent 30 years at Unilever and then building RHINO AI with my team at Neem, I see the same upstream mistake repeated: brand teams approve packaging on large monitors at full resolution and assume it will work everywhere. It won't.
The 4Ws of Brand, Format, Variant & Size need to be glance-readable on every shelf,
not just the physical one.
When packaging creates visual friction, you lose the shopper on all four shelves.
