I knew building a business would be hard! But my goodness, I completely underestimated how tough it is….

I’ve spent nearly 15 years in ecommerce, so when I started Ecomm Growth Club I was pretty confident I knew what I was doing.

Turns out knowing your industry and building a business are two very different things.

Some days feel great

Most days I question everything, wonder why things aren’t moving faster, and put far too much pressure on myself to make it happen.

I’m all in on building EGC into something great, and I genuinely believe I’ll get there.

But I’m learning that these little moments along the way are absolutely vital!!

Just sitting on a beach with my daughter and temporarily forgetting about pipelines, content, task lists and everything else.

Building this thing is massively important to me and genuinely takes up most of my time.

But so are the moments that remind me why I’m doing it. ❤️
