Amazon sellers can be too busy to hire the help that would make them less busy.

You hire a vendor to "save time"... then:

Someone needs access.

Someone needs a spreadsheet.

There’s a kickoff meeting, followed by another meeting because the person doing the work wasn’t on the first one.

Now you’re explaining the problem you hired them to understand better than you and fix.

So you keep doing it yourself.

The work is frustrating, but at least you know how much of your day it takes. Hiring someone introduces a whole new set of demands you can’t yet estimate.

I think service providers underestimate how much that matters.

A seller might believe you can deliver the result and still hesitate because they don’t have the time to get you started.

One experienced online seller working with TraceFuse® highlighted how little involvement the work required from his team, alongside reports showing exactly which reviews were removed from which products.

That’s the combination I’d want: less work for me, with enough visibility to know what’s happening.

Before signing with a provider, ask them to walk through what they’ll need from you during setup and after it.

What information?

How many meetings?

Who handles the work when something doesn’t go as planned?

“Easy onboarding” doesn’t give a busy owner much to plan around.

Tell them what needs to happen on a week-to-week basis.
