A client told our team something recently.

"You're the best agency I've ever worked with."

Great moment. Then the call ended. And it just... disappeared.

No case study. No video. No quote captured anywhere.

Just a really good feeling that nobody could point to six months later.

Here's the thing most Amazon brands don't think about when evaluating agencies:

The best agencies are obsessed with capturing proof.

Not because they're marketers. Because their culture demands accountability.

If your agency has been managing your account for 12 months and can't show you a documented win... that's a signal.

Not about their marketing. About their systems. About whether they're actually tracking what's working.

A team that notices results and captures them is a team that's paying attention.

A team that lets great moments disappear isn't.

So here's what to ask your current agency:

→ Can you show me your last three client case studies?

→ Are any of them recent — from the last 6 months?

→ Do you have video testimonials from brands in my category?

If they're doing great work, the proof exists. It just needs someone to care enough to capture it.

Great results on Amazon aren't rare for the right team.

But great results that are documented, verified, and repeatable — that's how you know you've found someone who takes the work seriously.

When you've evaluated agencies, what's the one thing that gave you the most confidence they actually knew what they were doing?
