Today is a good day.
After 3 long months, 9 appeals, and countless phone calls. One of our clients main asins was reinstated.
It was an issue with their packaging. And fair enough, I saw Amazon's point with this one.
We had worked with the client to understand exactly what Amazon objected to, went through a redesign, removing everything they had listed as an issue.
They continuously rejected it. No real reason given most times apart from a very generic response.
It was escalated to the correct team over 5 times with everything fixed and evidenced, and I had all but given up on it being accepted in it's current form.
This morning, out of nowhere, we received an email saying it had been reinstated (after 2 earlier in the week rejecting exactly the same thing).
Sometimes it really is just about being persistent.
Am I annoyed? Kinda.
Does it really matter now it's back? Not really.
