CEO.

Your best seller needs siblings.

Solo Amazon Operator.

If one ASIN is producing more than 80% of your catalog’s sales, stop looking only for the next new product.

Test a two-pack.

Test a three-pack.

Customers already proved they want the item.

Some will gift the extra one.

Some want one at home and one at work.

Some want another in the car.

Some lose them.

Some simply want a better price per unit.

There are plenty of possible reasons.

But who cares which one you guessed correctly?

Build the offer and let customers answer.

Make the quantity obvious.

Give the larger pack meaningful value.

Watch conversion.

Average order value.

Margin.

Inventory velocity.

And whether the multipack steals sales or creates new ones.

If it works, scale it.

If it does not, stop it.

A CEO should not ask, “What completely new product should we launch?”

They should first ask, “How else can customers buy our proven winner?”

Start with demand that already exists.

Test it.

Measure it.

Then decide.
