After working with 400+ brands on Amazon, a pattern is obvious.

The happiest clients aren't the ones with the biggest budgets.

They're not the ones with the best products.

They're the ones with direct access to a real subject matter expert.

Not a coordinator. Not an account manager reading from a dashboard.

Someone who lives inside Amazon all day, every day. Who's seen your exact problem 50 times and already knows the answer before you finish the sentence.

That kind of access changes everything.

Because when your PPC suddenly goes sideways, you don't need someone to file a ticket. You need someone who knows within minutes why your ACoS spiked and exactly what to pull.

When a competitor hijacks your listing, you don't want to wait for the weekly call. You want someone who treats it like their own brand is on fire.

Here's the problem.

Most agencies sell you a team. What you actually get is a junior AM working from a playbook, with an expert somewhere in the background who touches your account once a month.

So before you sign anything with an agency, ask these questions:

→ Who actually touches my account day to day?

→ Can I get the expert on the phone this week — not the account manager?

→ What does your senior team's actual availability look like for my brand?

If the answers are vague, that's your answer.

The brands paying for real SME access don't just see better results.

They stay longer. They trust more. They sleep better.

And that's not a coincidence.

When you've hired an agency, how long did it take you to figure out who was actually running your account?
