Sounds like easy expansion? Not quite.
Payments, compliance, shipping, returns and performance requirements remain market-specific.
And thatโs where margins can disappear fast.
TikTok can export discovery faster than sellers can export profit.
My take: test a small catalog first. Calculate freight, VAT/compliance, delivery and returns before you throw traffic at it.
