Fuel Ox® Field Tests in Mongolia: 8–20% Fuel Savings in Real Mining Conditions

⛏️ 6 out of 6 machines used less fuel. Every single one.

We just wrapped field tests on six heavy machines at Mongolceram plants in Ulaanbaatar and Örgön — real operators, real loads, real Mongolian working conditions. Not a lab.

Our setup: run each machine on ordinary diesel, then switch to Fuel Ox–treated diesel and keep working. Same job, same operator, same conditions.

Here's what we saw, machine by machine:

Ulaanbaatar Loader — 20% lower fuel use

Ulaanbaatar Loader (186H class) — a high outlier, we're not counting this one

Ulaanbaatar Howo-class dump truck — 8%

Ulaanbaatar Howo/similar heavy unit — 10%

Örgön Kamaz 55111 dump — 18%

Örgön site loader — 15%

Our standing commercial claim is 6–9% fuel savings — the number we quote to every customer, and one that held up (or was beaten) across this entire fleet.

For operators running dump trucks, loaders, and plant equipment in tough conditions — cold starts, short hauls, heavy idle time — this is exactly the kind of environment where fuel efficiency gains matter most.
