CEO.
Your Q4 space belongs to winners.
Solo Amazon Operator.
⠀
Amazon capacity gets tighter when every seller needs it most.
⠀
Do not fill that space evenly across the catalog.
⠀
Your slowest product is competing with your best seller for the same limited room.
⠀
One creates cash.
⠀
The other creates storage fees.
⠀
I prioritize the ASINs with proven velocity.
⠀
Strong margin.
⠀
Reliable conversion.
⠀
Repeat demand.
⠀
And enough sales history to justify the space.
⠀
Then I protect their inventory before sending another case of something that barely moves.
⠀
Every cubic foot needs to earn its place.
⠀
Slow inventory can stay at the 3PL.
⠀
It can be discounted.
⠀
Bundled.
⠀
Removed.
⠀
Or stopped before the next purchase order.
⠀
But it should not block a profitable product during the most important selling season.
⠀
A CEO should not ask, “How much capacity do we have left?”
⠀
They should ask, “Which products create the most profit from that capacity?”
⠀
Q4 is not the time to be fair to every SKU.
⠀
Fill the space with winners.
⠀
Keep them selling.
