Compliance requests do not shout

Compliance requests do not shout
They sit in a tab nobody opens
Until an ASIN quietly stops selling
The failure is usually ownership
Nobody on the team wakes up
Thinking product compliance is their job
So the request ages
Until the deadline makes the decision for you
Fix the sourcing side and most of this disappears
Ask suppliers for test reports
Certificates and Safety documentation
Before you place the first PO
The cheapest compliance work happens
While the container is still empty
Then match the paperwork to the catalog
The manufacturer name
Model number
Product title on the certificate
Have to line up with what is live on the listing
Mismatched documents get rejected
The review clock restarts
Your original deadline does not move an inch
More ASINs die from sloppy document
Naming than from actual failed tests
Worth knowing
Compliance flags follow category
Attribute rules not single listings
If one ASIN got hit
Every sibling sharing that attribute
is already standing in the same line
Pull the whole family now
Instead of waiting for the next email
Someone owns the queue
Knows what matters first
Follows up every week
Compliance is not paperwork
It is permission to sell
