CEO.

CEO.

Low-star reviews are work orders.

⠀

Customer questions and one-star, two-star, and three-star reviews are not decoration on your listing.

⠀

You have to do something with them.

⠀

If customers keep asking about size, add the dimensions to the text and images.

⠀

If they do not know what is included, show every item clearly.

⠀

If installation is confusing, create a simple video.

⠀

If compatibility keeps causing returns, fix the title, bullets, images, and comparison chart.

⠀

Do not leave a polite response and move on.

⠀

Change the listing.

⠀

Text answers the question.

⠀

Images make the answer obvious.

⠀

Video demonstrates it.

⠀

Then monitor the reviews, questions, and returns to see if the confusion stops.

⠀

That is optimization.

⠀

Your customers are telling you where the listing failed.

⠀

Ignoring them means paying for the same mistake again.

⠀

A CEO should not ask, “Why are customers confused?”

⠀

They should ask, “What did we update after they told us?”

⠀

Reading feedback is not the work.

⠀

Using it is.
