Now you can know your customers as much as Alexa does.

Because Anthropic just released Claude Commerce Agents, so we can run a shopping assistant directly on our own websites, handling search, comparison, and cart building before checkout.

And idk why, but people are seeing this separate from anything Amazon-related, as if the assistant a shopper talks to on your website has nothing to do with the one they talk to on your listing.

What is actually happening is that Alexa and the Claude agent are the same category of system, built to interpret intent and guide a purchase, except Alexa reads only what Amazon exposes about your ASIN, while an agent on your own site reads whatever data you decide to give it.

That difference is key because Amazon built Alexa for its own storefront and never intended it to work for any single seller, while a commerce agent on your own domain is the closest thing to your own Alexa, tuned to your catalog, your customers, and your priorities instead of Amazon's.

And this connects directly back to your Amazon business, because every visitor who reaches your website already searched for your brand or your product by name, so the questions they ask your agent, the comparisons they run, and the objections they raise are demand signals your own domain generated, sitting in data you own instead of data Amazon holds.

So, feed those same questions and objections straight into your bullet points, your A+ content, and your backend search terms, closing the gap between what customers ask on your site and what your listing currently answers on Amazon.

If you want to have the correct implementation for Alexa to use it to rank you better, send us all data, and we'll optimize your listing backend and frontend.
