17 years ago Plugable was started with a goal of building a better device company. So proud to have grown from zero to almost a half million customers per year.
There are many serious and technical topics to talk about, but I wanted to give a special shout-out to Kevan Atteberry for the design of Plugable's customer support monsters, which have been breeding like tribbles as we've grown.
