They were spending $7K a month on Amazon PPC.

Same products. Same margins. Same expert on the bids.

And the account was still leaking.

The bids were fine. The structure was not.

28 campaigns, and most of them were being asked to do three jobs at once. Launch a product. Drive profit. Find new keywords.

Those are three different budgets.

Amazon cannot tell them apart. It reads activity and pushes spend toward whatever produces the strongest signals, and the strongest signal is not the same thing as the most profitable one.

So we did not start with the bids.

Every campaign got one job, one goal it could be judged on, and its own budget ceiling.

30 days later, 31% less wasted spend. And for the first time they could see which keywords were actually earning.

Bids matter. But a bid adjustment cannot fix a budget that has nowhere deliberate to go.

Before you raise another bid, ask whether every campaign in your account has a clear job.

If the answer is no, that is where your money is going.

DM me MAP and I'll show you the structure we used.
