I, of course, said yes!
As Dads, we are their first employer. Pay them a fair wage and teach them the value of hard work.
I see parents neglect this aspect far too often. Encourage it in your home! You will develop grit and destroy any ounce of entitlement.
Definitely a core memory for me. And, yes, I own a gas guzzler. I do not apologize.
