The job still needs you.

The job still needs you.
It is not deployed.
An operator shipped a social ad pack that looked finished.
Seven creatives. Brand voice. Offer line. Aspect ratios. The chat said done, so they called it done.
Next week the same pack came back for a new SKU. Same operator. Same chat. They rebuilt half the brief from memory because none of it lived outside that thread.
The old way keeps the pack in the conversation. You are still the runtime. Every new SKU opens the same missing steps.
The new way turns the pack into a skill. Inputs. Pass order. Checks you own. Someone else can run it without you sitting in the thread.
If the job still needs you in the chat to finish, you did not ship a system. You shipped a demo.
Skillify the pack. Then see if you are still required.
