We manage more than $18 million a year in Amazon ad spend without using any of the big PPC automation tools.

Zero.

And we’ve had some awesome success doing it.

Our own media tool is currently in the oven and will officially go live on October 1, 2026.

So, how have we successfully managed that much advertising without relying on one of the major tools?

Systems. Automations. Processes. Education. And extremely talented people who understand what the data is actually telling them.

Technology helps you move faster, but it doesn’t replace judgment. It doesn’t replace curiosity. And it definitely doesn’t replace having people who care about the outcome.

That’s also why I’ll be at Amazon Ads unBoxed in San Francisco, September 28–30.

I’ve attended these events since 2021, but this one feels different.

It will be my first unBoxed as co-founder of ingb—and the second time we attend as a team.

I’m grateful for the experiences and opportunities I received earlier in my career, but the last two years have taught me what it really means to build something of your own.

More than anything, they’ve taught me that the people you meet along the way matter just as much as the company you’re building.

That’s a big part of why I’m going to San Francisco.

Of course, I want us to remain in the trenches of this industry. I want us at the front of what’s happening—not reading about it three months later.

Our clients trust us with their brands, and many of them are incredible operators. The least I can do—and one of the most valuable things I can do for them—is be in the room where the future of advertising is being discussed.

But honestly, I’m also coming here to make friends.

I want to meet more people in this industry, exchange ideas, learn what others are building, and hopefully build relationships that continue long after the event is over.

This trip is also about my team.

Everything we’ve built over the last 24 months has required a lot of work, belief, and sacrifice.

The team is the reason we’re still here, still pushing, and still getting better.

This flight is part of my commitment to them.

If you’ll be at Moscone West, I’d love to meet you.

Amazon Ads, retail media, agency life, building technology, or what it means to build something from Guatemala for the US market—I’m always up for the conversation.

See you in San Francisco.
