The goal isn't to have more

The goal isn't to have more
It's to know when you have enough
For a long time
I wanted every cup filled
Work
Money
Health
Relationships
Purpose
I believed prosperity
In all things was possible
and I chased it
But ambition has a dangerous side
There's always another goal
Another level
Another thing that convinces you
Then I'll be satisfied
After going through some difficult trials
Over the last few years
My perspective changed
I can finally say
I know what enough looks like
That doesn't mean everything is healed
It means I've learned that fulfillment
Requires more than achievement
And fitness has become a huge part of that
Not just physical fitness
Mental fitness
Emotional fitness
The ability to stay standing
When life gives you consequences
You never chose
Because you don't get the pleasure
Without the pain
Sometimes the strongest person
Isn't the one who keeps chasing more
It's the one who can finally recognize enough
