For how much I use AI and automation, you'd THINK I run 100% of my business through Codex or Claude Code or Slack.
But I still use native apps.
I talk to several people who brag that "they don't even go into the app anymore" and navigate apps like Notion and Stripe via agents in terminal or desktop apps.
I still use Google (guys, Google AI overview is extremely helpful!), Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Go High Level...I'm in all the Gs.
I use AI to skip over tedium of apps, but I'm still verifying customers in Stripe, checking transfers in Chase, and reviewing P&L in Quickbooks. I'm not a full interface convert.
Astra and computer use might start to change that.
But we're going to see consumers using native interfaces for years to come.
