I’ve always enjoyed a challenge, especially in business 💪
Joining as Executive Chair at THG Ingenuity in 2024 was definitely up there.
I'm especially grateful to Matthew Moulding for the opportunity and always giving the space and support to operate.
What the team has delivered in the last two years has been massive:
A demerger from THG PLC into a successful, growing, independent player leading automated commerce & fulfilment with a landmark Google Cloud collaboration spanning infrastructure migration, AI-enabled services built on Vertex AI and Gemini, and a shared route to market across Europe and the US.
John Gallemore takes on the role of Chair. He co-founded the business in 2004 and nobody understands it better.
A warm welcome to Gemma Spence as CEO, joining in December. Her experience across technology and commerce, having bought, built and scaled commerce solutions from both sides of the table is exactly right for the next phase of growth.
Looking forward to what is coming next 🤑
