The file still knew.
Last week an operator ran the same listing fix three mornings in a row.
Same hero rule. Same never lead with lifestyle. Same model. Fresh window every time.
Monday it followed the brief. Tuesday it invents a prettier version and CTR dropped. Wednesday they pasted the rule back into the prompt like it was new.
The old way keeps the standard in the thread. Hope the next chat still has it. Re-explain when it drifts.
The new way puts the rule in a file the next window can open. Title. Hero. Claim. One line each. The model reads it before it writes.
That cuts the same correction tax. The next session starts already briefed. The rule survives a closed tab.
