CEO.

Your return report is rewriting your listing.

Solo Amazon Operator.

Do not stop at the return-rate percentage.

Read every word.

Too small.

Did not fit.

Not what I expected.

Missing a part.

Hard to install.

Would not work with my product.

Those are not random complaints.

They are instructions.

Show the scale more clearly.

List exactly what is included.

Explain compatibility in the title and bullets.

Add an image that answers the fit question.

Create a simple video showing installation.

The customer is telling you exactly where the listing failed.

Every preventable return costs more than the refund.

You already paid for the click.

You may lose the unit.

You may receive a bad review.

And you still have to acquire the next customer.

A CEO should not only ask, “Why are returns increasing?”

They should ask, “What did we change after reading them?”

Read every word.

Fix the listing.

Prevent the next return.

That’s what a Solo Amazon Operator does.

Solo Amazon Operator.
