Before you push for more growth on Amazon, run this checklist..
Have you maxed conversion (copy, imagery, reviews)?
Are invoice prices aligned to margin targets?
Are organic sales strong enough to support paid sales?
Do you know your net margin by sku?
Have you modelled your max depth of discount for promo's to protect margin and drive sales?
Has anyone modelled what happens to margin..cash and %, if sales doubled overnight?
If you can't say yes to all five, do these before you focus on growth.
