Before you change a single bid, check your days of coverage.

Before you change a single bid, check your days of coverage.

Seriously. Before you pause a campaign or cut a budget, before you decide something "isn't working," look at inventory first.

I've seen it too many times.

A brand comes in frustrated because conversion tanked and ACoS spiked. They want to restructure campaigns.

They want to kill targets.

And when we actually open the account, their bestseller has been cycling in and out of stock for weeks.

Buy Box instability and warehousing gaps were dragging delivery speed down.

The ads look broken, but the listing can't convert without inventory behind it.

When inventory recovered on one account we manage, it did $33,896 in a single day at 8.98% TACoS.

Same catalog and campaign structure, same team.

The only thing that changed was the shelves were full again.

If you're earlier in your Amazon ads work, build this habit now. Inventory coverage is a PPC metric. Treat it like one.
