Most Amazon sellers keep adding before they validate.

Most Amazon sellers keep adding before they validate.
More SKUs. More ad campaigns. More A+ Content variations.
Before anyone has even checked if the last thing they built is working.
I caught myself doing this recently with an internal tool we were building.
We had a v1 live. The end user hadn't touched it yet.
And someone was already pitching v2 features.
I pumped the brakes.
"Have you actually used this yet?"
The answer was no.
So we stopped. Full stop. No new features until v1 gets real use and real feedback.
This happens on Amazon accounts all the time.
Brands launch a listing, don't validate the conversion rate, and immediately start optimizing the images.
They add five new ASINs before the first one is profitable.
They build out Sponsored Brand campaigns before their Sponsored Products are dialed.
Every layer you add on top of something unvalidated is just compounding the problem.
The fix is boring but it works:
1️⃣ Pick one thing. One listing, one campaign, one process.
2️⃣ Let it run. Get real data. Get a real human to use it.
3️⃣ Hear what's broken before you build what's next.
The brands we've seen scale the fastest aren't the ones with the most going on.
They're the ones who locked their core before expanding.
Don't optimize what you haven't validated.
Ship v1. Use v1. Then and only then build v2.
What's one thing in your Amazon account you're still adding to... that you've never actually audited?
