CEO.

If it is pictured, customers expect it.

⠀

Your listing images create the expectation.

⠀

The box either delivers it or disappoints them.

⠀

That extra accessory looked included.

⠀

That lifestyle prop looked included.

⠀

That bundle looked larger than it really was.

⠀

The customer does not care that the bullet explained it.

⠀

They saw the image.

⠀

They clicked Buy Now.

⠀

Then they opened the box.

⠀

Now you have a return waiting.

⠀

And probably a one-star review.

⠀

Then another one.

⠀

I audit every image against what the customer actually receives.

⠀

Show the exact quantity.

⠀

Show every included component.

⠀

Add a clear “What’s Included” image.

⠀

Remove anything that creates the wrong expectation.

⠀

If a lifestyle prop is necessary, make sure nobody could mistake it for part of the purchase.

⠀

A great image does not make the offer look bigger than it is.

⠀

It makes the offer impossible to misunderstand.

⠀

Clear expectations protect conversion.

⠀

They reduce returns.

⠀

They protect the rating.

⠀

Update the listing before customers update it for you with several one-star reviews.
