As from August 31, Amazon will temporarily deactivate individual FBM offers that put Account Health at risk, rather than impacting the entire account.
→ What sellers need to know:
🔹 Only the affected offer is deactivated
🔹 Other active listings and overall Account Health are not impacted
🔹 Amazon will send a warning email before deactivation with details and steps to resolve the issue
🔹 Deactivated offers can be reviewed through the Account Health dashboard under Other Policy Violations
🔹 The policies being evaluated include Cancellation Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Order Defect Rate, and On-Time Delivery Rate
This change gives FBM sellers more protection when an individual offer runs into a performance issue.
