We beta soft launched RHINO AI by Neem, on the 15th August exactly a year ago.

We quietly showed it to one CPG.

We only launched publicly on 3rd March 2026 at DIGITAL FMCG.

Rhino has exceeded expectations.

We have signed over 10 clients to use RHINO, and I have learned more in one year at Neem than probably 5 years at Unilever. We partnered with firstmovr and RHINO tested over 2000 PDP hero images as part of the ENDCAPS awards. RHINO tests 100 images at a time, it's blisteringly fast, and objective.

Some observations:

When you're trying to change and improve a large CPGs content workflow, It's a big ask as you are needing them to update their tools, to include RHINO.

Why RHINO? No other tool can do glance readability.

This is a challenge because BIG corporates have invested heavily in their current legacy toolset and they quietly hope their "Attention AI" tool (and there are many) can do what RHINO does, but it can't and won't and their attention tools won't help with EAA and ADA compliance which proves they don't test the same thing. Ideally they want one tool that can do it all but there is no such thing.

Rhino does NOT compete with Attention AI tools as it measures something completely different they do NOT measure.

=============================

CPGs come with me on the journey to accept Rhino does something very critical and critical text deserves to be glance readable.

=============================

I have seen firsthand "Big Corporate" (remember I worked for Unilever for 30 years so I know them first-hand) are naturally hesitant to approve new tools and they throw the book at us...

Procurement, IT security, AI governance & of course they want their own roadmap customisations too.

We have proven we can run that gauntlet and get signed as RHINO has proven again and again... it links to visual content that converts in AB tests so its worth all the internal kerfuffle to get RHINO and RHINO ticks all the tech security boxes they need ticked AND we are agile and fast AND we build them the customisations they want and YES RHINO now tests Pack Designs and I can't divulge who asked for that customisation.

(that was a proper ADHD long sentence!)

The other struggle is explaining that getting Attention really isn't the same as "Glance Readability" and RHINO is the ONLY AI tool that tests for this.

Finally I am pleased to add that hero images are "having a moment" again in the frenzy of brands wanting to get found by LLMs there is the quiet acceptance that LLMs are not adding to basket yet..humans are and still using human eyes on a mobile to select from 3-4 hero images given by Alexa/Sparky or the standard search algorithm first page on mobile result.

So where are you on your digital shelf tools?

How do you measure the quality of your visual content?

Do you want to trial RHINO to see the difference "glance readable" visuals make?

We are just getting started.
