Everyone is building a faster car.

Everyone is building a faster car.

Scroll through LinkedIn and you’ll see people building MCPs, skills, agents, and internal data systems.

They’re connecting years of information to company playbooks, making data easier to retrieve, and giving AI the context it needs to produce increasingly useful work.

The technology is becoming faster, more reliable, and more accessible every week.

It reminds me of Formula One.

We are entering an era in which more teams can build an incredible car. But even the fastest car still needs:

A great driver.

Skilled mechanics.

A strong race director.

And a team that knows how to adjust after every lap.

In more than a decade working in Amazon, some of the technology I’ve seen emerge over the last six months would have completely changed how we operated years ago.

It would have saved us time, accelerated launches, and helped us identify opportunities much earlier.

But technology alone cannot carry a brand through an entire season.

Someone still needs to understand the track.

When to accelerate.

When to protect the tires.

Which signals matter.

Which buttons to press.

And how to make the car faster and more reliable after every race.

That is the philosophy we’re building around at ingb.

Yes, we’re developing our own technology and finding better ways to leverage data. But I want ingb to be more than a place that builds great cars.

I want it to be an incubator for great pilots.

People who understand Amazon and Walmart advertising deeply enough to make sound decisions when the playbook no longer applies.

Because soon, many teams will arrive at the race with excellent technology.

Some will also have excellent pilots.

Others will discover that having a great car and knowing how to race it are two very different things.

Very interesting times ahead.

If you’re looking for strong pilots—not just another piece of technology—we have built a team around a shared philosophy of Amazon and Walmart advertising, curiosity, and judgment.

It might be worth having a conversation.
