I sent over 3,000 rejection emails for roles this year. I feel bad about that.
But I'd rather send 3,000 rejections, than have 3,000 candidates not hear back.
We've also worked hard to make all of these rejections personalised and to provide bespoke feedback based on the inputs we've received and the judgments we've made for each candidate.
In my opinion, there really is no reason all companies cannot do this.
With the use of AI, we're able to do this at a very low cost and often in a very short time, we're talking less than 2 hours from when a stage has been completed.
Do you always send rejections, or are you "too busy" and had "too many"?
