Stop guessing on your hero image.

Stop guessing on your hero image.
Most sellers redesign it, throw it live & pray.
That's not testing.
That's gambling with ad spend & calling it "creative."
The loop I actually run with ProductPinion:
Step 1 → Baseline search simulation. Your ASIN + 3–4 competitors. Blur stars, reviews, price. Buyers choose on image alone. Now you know where you're losing clicks before you touch a pixel.
Step 2 → Iterate. Swatches. Badges. Angles. Whatever the avatar data says matters. Run them against each other. Find the winner.
Step 3 → Validate. Winning image back into the same sim, same competitors, same blur. Proof. Not a hunch.
One listing: 5 clicks out of 100 at baseline. After the loop: 50 out of 100.
That's not a conversion story you invent after the sale.
That's CTR before the shopper ever lands on your page.
Bonus most people skip?
Check whether your category renders 1-across or 5-across on the SERP.
Electronics is usually 5-across.
Some categories are 1-across.
Your image has to win in the format it's actually seen in. Not the format your designer screenshotted on a 27-inch monitor.
Test the click.
