Your second brain is not Obsidian.

Your second brain is not Obsidian.
Tonight is Week 2 of the Aspi ✱ OS Bootcamp.
Week 1 already exposed the scam:
Everyone sells you a second brain app.
Hell, I sold you one too.
Then Windows operators hit PowerShell, dual windows, and a dead terminal pane.
The graph still looked pretty. The flow was gone.
That's not a second brain.
⤷ That's a pretty graph with a dead workflow underneath.
The app is a viewer.
The system is the folder structure, the capture routes, the memory files, the skills, and the automations that run whether Obsidian is open or not.
I moved operators into VS Code against the same vault.
Nothing important broke.
Because the vault was never the app.
Models change. Tools disappear. Prices move.
(Just like AI models - always be flexible. Never commit.)
Your operating context should survive all of them.
If your "system" dies when one GUI hiccups, you don't have a system.
You have a religion that only works on the preacher's hardware.
Build the files first.
Pick the viewer second.
