If you’re spending $100,000/month on Amazon PPC, there’s a chance you don’t need

If you’re spending $100,000/month on Amazon PPC, there’s a chance you don’t need a bigger budget.
You might just need to stop wasting the one you already have.
In my last post, I talked about the team we’re building and why we’re building it.
But I didn’t really explain what we do.
So, what do we actually do?
At the simplest level, we manage Amazon advertising.
But I don’t think that’s a very good description of our job.
We help brands figure out where their advertising dollars can create the most impact—and then we restructure their PPC around it.
Here’s a real example.
We analyzed a brand spending roughly $100,000/month on Amazon PPC.
Under our framework, we identified that close to 50% of that spend was being deployed in areas that weren’t contributing enough to the outcomes we cared about.
That doesn’t mean the campaigns weren’t generating sales.
That’s an important distinction.
The question wasn’t:
“Is this campaign profitable?”
The question was:
“Is this the best possible use of this dollar?”
Amazon PPC doesn’t exist in a vacuum.
Advertising can drive a sale.
That sale can create velocity.
Velocity can contribute to organic ranking.
Better organic positioning can generate more sales without paying for every click.
And that’s where the compounding effect starts.
So instead of asking this client for more money, we built a three-month plan to repurpose the money they were already spending.
Same engine.
Better allocation.
The result?
Total sales grew by roughly 50%.
Not because we doubled PPC.
Not because we found some secret Amazon hack.
We simply became much more intentional about where the existing dollars were going and what we expected those dollars to accomplish.
That’s what our team does.
And it’s taken us years and multiple iterations to develop the framework behind it.
Today, we’re confident in our ability to materially restructure how advertising dollars are deployed within 3–6 months.
From there, it depends on what the brand actually wants.
More growth?
More profit?
More market share?
Better organic positioning?
You tell us where you’re trying to go.
We’ll tell you what we see.
And sometimes the answer might actually be:
Stop spending money there.
So here’s my offer.
If you’re an established Amazon brand already investing heavily in PPC, give me 30 minutes.
Let’s look at your advertising together.
No pitch deck.
No promises of magically doubling your ROAS.
Just two people looking at the same data and asking:
Could this money be working harder?
If we find something interesting, great.
If we don’t, you’ll at least leave knowing a little more about your account than you did 30 minutes earlier.
