Two weeks ago I told you Sponsored Product Video was mobile-only.
That's no longer true.
Spotted this on desktop this morning searching "collagen peptides" ๐

๐น Full width, mid-page, in the organic results, you might mistake it for a SBV placement
๐น Video autoplaying with a pause control
๐น Three separate clips in one unit, each with its own label: Mixes Smoothly / Multi-Benefit / Hydrolyzed
๐น Price, coupon, and Add to Cart sitting inside the ad
That last one matters. The shopper never has to reach the detail page.

My last post had 11 weeks of SPV data. 9.2% of Sponsored Products spend across the run, 13.6% over the final 4 weeks.
That was mobile inventory only.
Desktop just got added to a line item that was already climbing.
One catch: the SP reports don't break out device, so you can't isolate this. Watch your weekly SPV share of spend and your CTR instead.
Amazon keeps expanding this quietly. Making it good is still your job.
Anyone else seeing these on desktop yet? What category?
