CEO.

CEO.

Revenue doesn't pay for inventory.

Solo Amazon Operator.

Anyone can spend your advertising budget.

Very few people know when to stop.

I've seen brands celebrate record sales while their profits disappear.

A 60% TACoS isn't a strategy.

It's a warning sign.

I don't care how well someone can justify the spend.

The marketplace doesn't care either.

If there's no profit left to buy inventory, your growth is over.

Your advertising has one job.

Generate sales at a TACoS and ROAS your business can actually live with.

Not the numbers your agency defends.

Not the numbers your ad manager explains away.

The numbers that leave enough cash to place the next purchase order.

Advertising doesn't exist to maximize revenue.

It exists to maximize profitable growth.

A CEO shouldn't ask, "How much did we spend?"

They should ask, "How much cash did we create?"

That's how a Solo Amazon Operator thinks.

Solo Amazon Operator.
