Let's be honest.
Your Excel reports look like 💩
I'm not saying the work is bad. I'm just saying the client has no idea what they're looking at.
They're staring at a wall of numbers you spent two days building, nodding on the call, following exactly none of it.
Here's what that actually costs you:
🔸 They can't see what's working, so they never register that you're winning
🔸 They can't answer their own questions, so every question becomes an email to you
🔸 They don't understand it, so they don't trust it
And nobody renews what they don't trust, especially when things take a turn.
It's not a performance problem. It's a comprehension problem.
