This conversation annoyed me...
A client recently budgeted $8k/month for an amazon ads manager.
The 2 recruiters they'd spoken to, who were "eCommerce" focused, quoted:
"20% and 3-month exclusivity"
Our conversation was a little different
"You'll receive candidates that vary in cost, from different regions, but who we believe are a good fit for the job role"
Which meant some candidates were $4k, some $8k, and some in the middle.
We placed someone at $6.3k. Including the monthly margin we charge.
If that was a normal recruiter, the first year would have cost them
$96k + $19.2k (fee) = $115.2k
Instead of $75.6k via Pare.
