You can now see how each section of your Amazon Store is performing. The new reporting provides metrics such as Renders, Views, Clicks, and CTR for every section of your Store page.
Renders represent the number of times a section was loaded on a customers device, while Views represent the number of times that section met Amazons viewability criteria, meaning at least a portion of the section was visible on the customer's screen for any duration.
These new metrics are based on client-side measurement, which is captured directly from customers browsers or devices. In contrast, the existing Store metrics use server-side measurement. Because these two measurement methods are different, you may notice some discrepancies between the numbers.
These additional metrics provide deeper visibility into how customers interact with different sections of your Store, making it easier to identify high-performing content, optimise creative assets, and improve overall engagement.
You can view the performance of every section across all your Store pages, and you can also filter the data by traffic source to better understand where your visitors are coming from.
