Solo Amazon Operator.

CEO.

Advertising is not your biggest problem.

Most Amazon accounts are spending money.

Very few have a strategy.

Campaigns built by the last employee.

An old agency.

A new agency.

Nobody knows why they still exist.

Nobody knows their job.

Advertising without structure becomes expensive.

Every campaign should have one purpose.

Every dollar should have a target.

Every optimization should protect profit.

Not just increase sales.

The goal is not to touch campaigns every day.

The goal is to build guardrails.

Know when to increase bids.

Know when to reduce spend.

Know when to pause.

Know when to walk away.

A disciplined advertising system makes decisions easier.

Profit becomes predictable.

That is what a CEO should expect.

Not more campaigns.

Better ones.

Solo Amazon Operator.
