An event worth attending to get practical knowledge on improving your omnichannel performance and perspective: Cleveland Research Company's 2026 eCommerce Summit.

As someone who has attended and/or been lucky enough to have spoken at this event for multiple years while at 3 different sized companies, I have found it one of the most helpful collective group of sessions for the in-person industry event space. With 2 sessions to pick from each 40 minute block of time, it is genuinely difficult to pick which one to go to. It helps CRC does send out the decks and audio recordings to those who attended live so you can catch up on all the knowledge shared. Nicholas Fischietto and team do an amazing job putting this together!
